Due to the artisanal nature, weight, and fragility of our collection (stone, clay, ceramics, and glass), every order follows a reinforced inspection and packaging protocol before departing from our Dublin hub.

Geographic Restriction Notice: Our logistics network is exclusively optimized for European delivery. We do not ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, or destinations outside of Europe. We also do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or the autonomous regions of Portugal (Azores and Madeira).
Important: VAT & International Customs Policy
As a UK VAT Registered business, Matisa Deco ensures a transparent pricing structure:
- (*) United Kingdom (Orders up to £135): In compliance with HMRC regulations, we collect the 20% UK VAT directly at checkout. No additional charges will be required upon delivery.
- (*) United Kingdom (Orders exceeding £135): UK VAT is not charged at checkout. Instead, it will be assessed by UK Customs and collected by the courier prior to delivery. Please expect to pay approximately 20% of the order value (VAT) plus a courier handling fee (administrative charge) to release your item.
- () Non-EU Destinations:** For destinations such as Switzerland and Norway, local import taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are payable to the transport company or local authorities.
- Ireland & EU: As we ship from our Dublin hub, no customs duties or extra taxes apply to any orders within Ireland or the European Union. The price at checkout is final.

Total Peace of Mind: We take full responsibility for the journey. In the unlikely event that a piece arrives damaged, please contact info@matisadeco.ie within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging for an immediate resolution.
Pre-Order Policy: Securing Your Exclusive Pieces
At Matisa Deco, some of our most sought-after artisanal pieces are available on a Pre-Order basis. This allows you to reserve your items before they arrive at our Dublin hub.
- Delivery Timelines: We aim to dispatch all pre-orders within the timeframe explicitly stated on the product page. As many of our goods are curated and shipped from overseas, minor delays can occasionally occur. In these rare cases, we will contact you immediately with an updated delivery schedule.

Split Shipments: If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-ordered item is available.
- Need it sooner? If you require the in-stock items urgently, please contact us. We can arrange a separate shipment for an additional delivery fee.
- Transparency: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details the moment your pre-order departs our hub.
