Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Matisa Deco, we strive to provide transparency in all our transaction methods. This policy applies to specific purchase options such as pre-orders or deferred payment plans:

Standard Order Cancellations: You may cancel any standard order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the fulfillment process has not started. Please email info@matisadeco.ie to request a cancellation.

Deferred Payments & BNPL: For orders placed using "Buy Now, Pay Later" providers (such as Klarna or Clearpay), cancellations and refunds will be processed according to our standard 14-day return policy. Please note that any interest or late fees incurred are subject to your individual agreement with the payment provider and are non-refundable by Matisa Deco.

Pre-Orders: For items marked as "Pre-Order," cancellations are permitted up until the moment the item is dispatched from our Dublin hub. Once shipped, our standard Return Policy applies.

Refund Processing: All approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 2-7 business days.
