  • 🔄 14-Day Window: You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
  • 🇮🇪 Ireland Returns: 
    • Option A: Use our prepaid An Post label for a flat €6.00 fee (deducted from your refund).
    • Option B: Manage the return through your preferred courier at your own expense.
  • 🇪🇺 EU & International Returns: Customers outside of Ireland are responsible for managing and paying for their return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our Dublin hub.
  • ✨ FREE Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your piece for a different one, we waive our internal processing fees. Just contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.

This dimmable pendant includes a remote control (batteries not included) that allows you to adjust both brightness and color temperature — from warm white (3000K) to neutral (4000K) or cool (6000K).
