Returns & Exchanges:

• 🔄 14-Day Window: You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
• 🇮🇪 Ireland Returns: 
  • Option A: Use our prepaid An Post label for a flat €6.00 fee (deducted from your refund).
  • Option B: Manage the return through your preferred courier at your own expense.
• 🇪🇺 EU & International Returns: Customers outside of Ireland are responsible for managing and paying for their return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our Dublin hub.
• ✨ FREE Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your piece for a different one, we waive our internal processing fees. Just contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
• 📦 Original Packaging: To protect our artisanal pieces, all returns must be sent back in their original, specialized reinforced packaging.
• 🇬🇧 UK Customers: We issue a formal Credit Note with every refund to ensure your VAT records are balanced.
• 💳 Rapid Refunds: Once inspected at our Dublin hub, your refund is processed within 2–7 business days.
