Returns & Exchanges:

• 🔄 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
• 🇮🇪 Ireland Returns:
  • Option A: Prepaid An Post label (€6.00 flat fee deducted from refund).
  • Option B: Self-managed via your preferred tracked courier.
• 🇬🇧 UK & 🇪🇺 European Returns: Customers outside Ireland manage and cover return shipping. Tracked service is recommended until it arrives at our Dublin hub.
• ✨ FREE Exchanges: Choose an exchange and we waive the €6.00 return fee (Ireland orders).
• 🇬🇧 Refused Deliveries (UK & International): If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid import VAT or customs fees, return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
